The ACGME requires that each Sponsoring Institution that is a covered entity complete a Business Associate Agreement between the Sponsoring Institution and the ACGME.
Log into the sponsor’s ADS account with the DIO or Institutional Coordinator login.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Institution. From the Institution page, scroll down to the Summary section.
Click “Edit Info”, then scroll down to the ACGME Business Associate Agreement section.
