Letter of Notification: The official communication from a Review or Recognition Committee that states an action taken by the committee. Letters can be accessed in the Accreditation Data System (ADS) by sponsor or program leadership account holders.
Sponsoring Institution: Sponsor leadership can access Letters for their Sponsor and Sponsored Programs
For Sponsoring Institution letters:
Log into the sponsor’s ADS account with the DIO or Institutional Coordinator login.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Institution. From the Institution page, locate the right-hand side, then select View Notification Letters.

For Sponsored Programs letters:
Log into the sponsor’s ADS account with the DIO or Institutional Coordinator login.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click the drop-down arrow next to Sponsored Programs to view the available menu options, then select Program Notification Letters.
Program: Program leadership can access Letters of Notification for their Program
Log into the sponsor’s ADS account with the PD or Coordinator login.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click the drop-down arrow next to Program to view the available menu options, then select Notification Letters.
