Citation: A finding of a Review or Recognition Committee that a Sponsoring Institution or program has failed to comply substantially with a particular accreditation or recognition requirement. Responses are collected through the Accreditation Data System each summer as part of the Annual Updates.
Note: sponsoring institution citations must be responded to by accounts at the sponsor-level (DIO, Institutional Coordinator) while program citations must be responded to by accounts at the program-level (PD, PC).
Sponsoring Institution:
Log into the sponsor’s ADS account with the DIO or Institutional Coordinator login.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Institution. From the Institution page, locate the right-hand side, then select Citations.
Program:
Log into the program’s ADS account with the PD or Coordinator login.
From the left-hand navigation menu, click the drop-down arrow next to Program to view the available menu options, then select Citations.
