What Is Explore Program Data?
Explore Program Data, within ACGME Cloud | Analytics, offers self-service analytics and interactive dashboards that make program data easy to access and personalize. It improves efficiency and flexibility while reducing manual work, enabling deeper analysis and stronger program improvement efforts.

What Are the Key Benefits?
  • Program data delivered through interactive dashboards instead of static PDFs.
  • Program information can be sliced, filtered, and drilled down to detailed levels.
  • Historical and current academic year program data are presented with trends, comparisons, visuals, and analytics.
  • Analytics are automated, eliminating manual comparisons and providing a clear view of performance in one place.

What's New?
Phase 1 of Explore Program Data includes annual Resident/Fellow and Faculty Survey data. Phase 2  went live on Monday, April 13, and includes the Multi-Year Survey, Specialty-Specific, Survey-International, Operational, and Milestones dashboards.

How Will Explore Program Data Work?

Explore Program Data is easy to access and use:

  1. Log into ACGME Cloud (https://acgmecloud.org/).
  2. Select Analytics.
  3. Click on the Explore Program Data tile.

Module Capability Primary Audiences
Surveys 
(available now) 		A comprehensive survey dashboard featuring Resident/Fellow and Faculty Survey data, Sponsoring Institution-wide analytics, trend views, specialty or national comparisons, and the option to filter down to individual program-level data. US program directors and program coordinators
Multi-Year Survey 
(scheduled for April 13) 		Includes ACGME Survey data from programs with fewer than four scheduled survey participants (residents/fellows/faculty members) and provides up to four years of survey data. It offers the same features as the general survey dashboard. US program directors and program coordinators
Specialty-Specific 
(scheduled for April 13) 		Designed for specialties for which ACGME Surveys include extra specialty or subspecialty questions; includes year-based views, trend visuals, and comparisons within the specialty. US program directors and program coordinators
Survey-International 
(scheduled for April 13) 		Resident/Fellow and Faculty Survey data with Sponsoring Institution-level analytics, trend views, comparisons, and filters for program-level detail across all ACGME International (ACGME-I)-accredited Sponsoring Institutions and programs. Program directors and program coordinators from ACGME-I-accredited Sponsoring Institutions/programs
Operational Dashboard 
(scheduled for April 13) 		Provides high-level analytics with the ability to drill down to program, resident/fellow, and faculty member details using both current and historical data; includes program, resident/fellow, faculty member, citation, and area for improvement (AFI) domains, providing a clear view of key metrics across all sponsored programs. US program directors and program coordinators
Milestones Dashboard 
(scheduled for April 13) 		Shows resident/fellow Milestones trends longitudinally and provides comparison views against program and specialty milestones by competency. US program directors and program coordinators
