What Is the Unified User Experience?

The unified user experience simplifies navigation for ACGME Cloud and the Accreditation Data System (ADS). It provides consistent navigation and an app switcher to move easily between products, as well as an AI-powered smart search to quickly find what you are looking for and complete tasks.

What Are the Key Benefits?

How Will the Unified User Experience Work?

The unified user experience includes these three main modules:

  1. Unified Navigation: Navigate easily within products
  2. App Switcher: Move between products with ease
  3. Smart Search: Find things faster with an AI-powered assistant

Module Capability Primary Audiences
1. Unified Navigation One consistent way to move around, regardless of the product you are using. Pin your most used pages with “Favorites” and quickly return to recent pages with “Recents.” Program directors, program coordinators, designated institutional officials (DIOs), institutional coordinators, residents and fellows, and ACGME administration
2. App Switcher Jump between products quickly without losing momentum. All users who use multiple ACGME Cloud products
3. Smart Search Find what you need in ADS by typing what you are looking for, instead of hunting through menus. Program directors, program coordinators, DIOs, institutional coordinators, ACGME administration
