We understand that convenience is important, especially when logging in frequently. You may have seen a "Keep me signed in" option on other platforms, which allows users to stay signed in or skip additional authentication steps like multi-factor authentication (MFA) on recognized devices.
However, for security and privacy reasons, we do not offer a "Keep me signed in" feature for desktop devices at this time.
Security First
Our platform uses Single Sign-On (SSO), which means one login can provide access to multiple systems. If a trusted device is lost, stolen, or used by someone else, it could expose all connected systems without requiring reauthentication. That’s a significant security risk.
Unmanaged or Shared Devices
Not all users sign in from managed or secure devices. Without strict device controls, allowing users to "trust" a device could lead to accidental or intentional misuse—especially on shared or personal machines.
Long-Term Access Gaps
Trusted devices often remain exempt from security checks for extended periods (sometimes days or weeks). During that time, changes to user roles, access levels, or security settings may not take effect as quickly as they should.
Our Approach
To keep your information safe, we prioritize strong session security and regular authentication. This helps ensure that access is always tied to a secure, intentional login—no shortcuts, no skipped checks.
Looking Ahead
This is a new platform, and we’re continuing to evaluate ways to improve the user experience while maintaining strong security standards. As our applications grow and our user base evolves, we will periodically re-evaluate platform features to ensure we're meeting your needs without compromising data protection.
