We’ve introduced a new navigation experience to improve usability, flexibility, and access to key features across the platform. The previous horizontal menu with dropdown tabs has been replaced with a left-hand slide-out menu. This updated design provides a more modern, scalable, and user-friendly way to navigate the system.
What Changed?
The previous top navigation bar has been replaced by a new menu.
- Navigation is now accessed via the menu (☰) in the upper-left corner
- Selecting the menu opens a slide-out navigation panel from the left side of the screen
Why We Made This Change
This update was designed to provide usability improvements and support future enhancements. Key benefits include:

- Display more options without overcrowding the screen
- Promote previously hard-to-find features to more visible locations
- Faster Navigation with Recents & Favorites
- Use Recents to reopen pages you accessed in previous sessions.
- Use Faviorites to save pages you visit often for faster access.
- These features are made possible with our new single sign on ogin model customized to your role.

- The menu is always accessible, even as you scroll
- No need to return to the top of the page to navigate

- Moving navigation into a slide-out panel reduces clutter

How to Use the New Menu
- Click the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner
- Browse or search for a page
- Open Recents to return to recently viewed items
- Open Favorites to access commonly used pages pinned to one place

“Why change something that was working?”
The previous menu supported basic navigation, but the new menu makes it easier to add features, simplify access, and improve the overall experience over time.
“Why does it take more clicks to get where I need to go?”
Some specific tasks may feel different or feel like they take longer at first, especially if you frequently used the previous menu. Overall with the new features users will save time by streamlining the most time consuming repetitive tasks.
