Solution
Clearing your browser cache will force the browser to load the latest version of the site and resolve the issue. After clearing the cache, close all browser windows and start a new session.
Follow the instructions below based on your browser:
Google Chrome
1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Privacy and security
4. Click Delete browsing data
5. Choose Cached images and files
6. Click Delete data
7. Refresh the page
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Privacy, search, and services
4. Under “Clear browsing data,” click Choose what to clear
5. Select Cached images and files
6. Click Clear now
7. Refresh the page
Mozilla Firefox
1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Privacy & Security
