If you get a message that a user with this email address could not be found, it may be due to the following:
- The email address you entered is not the correct email we have on file in our system
- Your account has not been created yet by your Sponsoring Institution or your program
- You are not an active user with a role that has access to our system
- If you are attempting to take a survey (resident/fellow/faculty), click the link in the email you received notifying you to take the survey. Surveys are not accessed from this screen.
Verify with your Sponsoring Institution or program that your email address is accurate and that your account exists.

- There may have been an issue with your data that prevents you from setting up an ACGME Cloud account. Please contact support.
