Requests to change the name of a Sponsoring Institution or residency/fellowship program, or to transfer the sponsorship of a program between Sponsoring Institutions, must be requested through the Name and Sponsor Changes page within the sponsor's ADS account.
From the sponsor’s ADS account, click the left-hand navigation menu and select Institution. From the right-side menu, select Name and Sponsor Changes located under the Requests heading/section.
