From the left-hand navigation menu, click Sites/Block Diagram then select + Add Site.
Complete the information then click Save Site.
If the site is missing from the drop-down list, contact your DIO to have the site added to the list of sites for the Sponsoring Institution. The list is dynamically populated by the DIO and Institutional Coordinator(s).
