All active residents/fellows in a program will be scheduled to complete the survey each year.
New this Year: Residents/fellows who started the program off-cycle (after August 31 of the current academic year) with a current status of “Started Program Off-Cycle” in ADS will be scheduled to participate in the survey, provided they have been in the program for at least 60 days.
Confirm that Resident/Fellow information is up to date prior to the survey administration period.
Note: This survey is only to be completed by Residents/Fellows. Program administrators do not
have access to the survey, or to any individual responses provided by survey takers. ADS logins
do not provide access to the survey.
