How to Find this Data in ACGME Cloud | Analytics

Navigate to the Program Data dashboard page.
- Signing in is not required, since this is publicly accessible data.

Alternatively, navigate to the ACGME Cloud website, follow these step-by-step instructions to access the Public Data Dashboards area, and then select Public Data.

Navigate to the Withdrawn Programs tab.
- View the bar chart without any slicers to see the overall number of withdrawn programs by academic year and withdrawn categorization.
- Use the “Specialty” slicer to select a specialty or subspecialty, then view the totals on the chart.

Note, the percentages (%) are not available on the dashboard at this time.

Additional functionality
- To view details about programs with Withdrawal of Accreditation status, click on a bar in the chart of an academic year, then click the “See Details” button.

Alternatively, you can use the "Drill Through" feature. Hover over a bar in the chart, and select “Drill through” and then “View Details” from the visual tool tips that appear.

Alternate method using the Explore Data page
- From the "Withdrawn Programs" tab, click the “Explore Data” button, enter the following information into the slicers, then view the program totals in a table:
Choose the Rows = Specialty Name
Choose the Columns = Academic Year
Choose the Measurements = 03 Number of Withdrawn Year End, or 04 Number of Withdrawn Future, or 05 Number of Withdrawn Prior to Year End
- From the "Withdrawn Programs" tab, click the “Explore Data” button, enter the following information into the slicers, then view the program totals in a table:
