Log into ACGME Cloud using your ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) login credentials.
- For those with a dual role (e.g., institutional coordinator and program coordinator), you may need to switch your user role within ADS. Be sure to access the system through the appropriate role, as each role grants access to personalized landing page in ACGME Cloud | Analytics.

Navigate to Analytics
- Once logged in to ACGME Cloud, go to Analytics either via the top navigation bar or the center tile on the main screen, then click “More.”
3. View Your Role-Based Landing Page
- You’ll be directed to an authorized, personalized landing page. The page title will reflect your role and display the appropriate Analytics function.
- Access is role-based and may include the ability to view survey data for your Sponsoring Institution and its sponsored programs, including program-level data dashboards.
4. Access Data
- Navigate to the “Explore Sponsoring Institution Data” or “Explore Program Data” tile (based on your access level).
- Click the drop-down menu and select “Survey" as an example.
Or, if you are logged into the Accreditation Data System (ADS), you can navigate to the Survey Dashboard by going to the Reports or Surveys page within ADS.
